1.5 hours from Orlando area you will find gem St. Armands Circle. It is a small and idyllic place completely out at sea by Florida's west coast, outside Sarasota. St. Armands Circle is centrally located on the beautiful island of Lido Key. St. Armend Circle is actually a circle; a circle with various shops, gallery, exotic boutiques, restaurants and bars. Relax in restaurants, explore the different shops - from trinkets objects to taxes. There are more than 130 shops to explore.
In addition there are beautiful beaches in Mexico. The place is known as a marketplace with a "continental relish." The place is charming and stylish, with a unique architectural design. One gets the feeling an international atmosphere and amicable warmth, enduring elegance and timeless style. St. Armends history goes back to 1893 when the Frenchman Charles St. Amand bought just over 0.5 square kilometers of land area here.In recent land documents his name was misspelt "St. Armand, who is still the name of this idyllic place.
Personally, we like to combine beaching and shopping when we are here, which means an overnight or two. There are several hotels to choose from. Want a hotel right on the beach with only a few minutes walk to shopping and retaurants, we recommend the Holiday Inn. Clean, simple and stunning views out over the sea.
At night there just to enjoy a spectacular sunset.
And once you have been here once, you'll definitely be back.
